Stephen Wainaina

Stephen is the Manager in charge of Finance and support services.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Certified Public Accountant qualification and is currently pursuing a Post graduate diploma in tax administration.

Stephen has over 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, payroll management, taxation, Company Secretary and immigration support services.


Collins Masai

Collins is a Senior Associate at Scribe Services specializing in Company Secretary services, Share Registration and Corporate Governance services. He has vast experience in providing support to entities across the East African region. He has command over secretarial matters, incorporations, risk and compliance, share registration, board evaluations and corporate governance audit.
Collins is a non-practicing Member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS), a holder of Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management from Moi University and is currently pursuing Master of Business Administration at University of Nairobi.


Jackie Nduta

Jackie is an associate at Scribe Services.
She has 3 years’ experience in the provision of Corporate Secretarial services, Corporate Governance and immigration Assistance.
She is well versed in corporate law and other statutory regulations and has knowledge of the various forms and procedures relating to Company Secretary, immigration and corporate governance.
Jackie is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holds a Post Graduate Diploma, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and is currently pursuing her qualification in Corporate Secretarial.


Samuel Ngigi

Samuel is an Associate at Scribe Services with experience in Company Secretary and compliance, Share Registration, Governance Audit, Statutory Advisory and Immigration services.
He is well versed in corporate law and has provided a wide array of compliance and support services on regulatory and corporate governance matters to Plc and private Limited Companies ensuring that Companies comply and operate in accordance with statutory and regulatory provisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing his Certified Secretaries studies.


Stephen Kihara

Stephen Kihara is an Associate at Scribe Services with over 2 year experience in Accountancy, payroll and immigration support services.
He is well versed in tax law and accounting principles and has over the years gathered vast experience in finance and operational management with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, excel modelling and risk analysis. He has been pivotal in implementing internal controls to ensure adherence to compliance whilst minimising risks. 


Washington is an Associate at Scribe Services. He has a wealth of experience in providing Company Secretary services including Share Registration, Annual Statutory Compliance and Company Registration.

He has acquired an adept understanding in Corporate and Statutory procedures and is able to manage various tasks in relation to company compliance. He is an integral part of the Share Registration team and is able to maintain, manage and administer an electronic share register for public companies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Strathmore University and is currently pursuing his qualification in Certified Secretarial studies.

Lilian Njuru

Lilian Njuru an Associate at Scribe Services, is knowledgeable about matters relating to Company Secretary practices and compliance.

She is well versed in Annual Statutory Compliance, Governance and Board audit, Registration of local and Foreign companies, change in directorship and Shareholding, and has aided a wide range of Public and Private Companies. Ensuring they meet their statutory obligations.

Lilian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Certified Public Secretary qualification from the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board.

Ammylavyne Khakayi

Ammylavyne Khakayi is an Associate at Scribe Services with over 4 years of experience in Immigration and Support Services, Human Resource, Office Administration and Social Media Marketing. She provides corporate services to a wide array of clients. 

She has expertise in immigration laws and regulations, application for all required immigration documentations, organizing events, social media marketing, HR compliance, formulation and interpretation of policies and procedures and competent Human Resource Information Systems. 

Ammylavyne is a member of IHRM and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (HR) and is currently pursuing her CS qualification and (CHRP Part II).
