Stephen Wainaina

Stephen is the Manager in charge of Finance and support services.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Certified Public Accountant qualification and is currently pursuing a Post graduate diploma in tax administration.

Stephen has over 7 years’ progressive experience in accounting, payroll management, taxation, Company Secretary and immigration support services.

Ammylavyne Khakayi

Ammylavyne Khakayi is an Associate at Scribe Services with over 5 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial, Immigration and Support Services, Human Resource, Office Administration, Social Media and website Management. She provides corporate services to a wide array of clients.

She has expertise in The Companies Act compliance and implementation, Corporate Governance codes and guidelines, Governance Audits, Board evaluation and HR compliance, formulation and interpretation of policies and procedures and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Ammylavyne is a member of IHRM and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (HR Specialization) and is currently pursuing her CS qualification (Intermediate level). Ammylavyne Khakayi is a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM). 

Samuel Ngigi

Samuel Ngigi is the Manager in charge of the Company Secretary Department at Scribe Services with experience in Company Secretary and compliance, Share Registration, Governance Audit, Statutory Advisory and Immigration services.
He is well versed in corporate law and has provided a wide array of compliance and support services on regulatory and corporate governance matters to Plc and private Limited Companies ensuring that Companies comply and operate in accordance with statutory and regulatory provisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing his Certified Secretaries studies.

Grace Munywoki

Grace Munywoki is an Associate at Scribe Services. She is a certified expert in accounting with over 4 years of experience in GL Management, Internal and external Audit support, Financial reporting analysis and taxation and statutory compliance.

She holds a Certified Public Accountant and currently pursuing a bachelor degree in accounting and finance at KU.

Wilson Nedi

Wilson Nedi is an Associate and Administrative Assistant at Scribe Services with over 15 years of experience in Office Administration, registry organization, Immigration and Support Services, stamp duty, trademark accusation, incorporation of entities and legalization and attestation of documents. He has and continues to provide administrative support to a wide array of clients.

He has expertise in immigration laws and regulations, application for all required immigration documentations, registry management and ensuring companies comply with companies act 2015.

Wilson is a holder of a Higher Diploma in Human Resource and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Batuli Majid

Batuli holds the position of Associate at Scribe Services. Her professional experience includes a substantial track record in delivering Corporate Secretarial services, expertise in Corporate Governance, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services, as well as Statutory Advisory services.

With a profound understanding of corporate law, Batuli has demonstrated success in providing a diverse range of compliance and support services related to regulatory and Corporate Governance matters. Her expertise spans across Public Limited Companies (PLCs) ,Private Limited Companies, Foreign Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, and Societies, among many others, ensuring strict adherence to statutory and regulatory provisions while fostering responsible and sustainable business practices.

She earned her Bachelor of Business Management degree in Finance from Karatina University and is a Certified Secretary Finalist at Kasneb, highlighting her qualifications and proficiency in guiding organizations towards sound ESG practices.

Stephen Kihara

Stephen Kihara is an Associate at Scribe Services with over 4 years of experience in Accountancy, payroll and immigration support services.
He is well versed in tax law and accounting principles and has over the years gathered vast experience in finance and operational management with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, excel modelling and risk analysis. He has been pivotal in implementing internal controls to ensure adherence to compliance whilst minimising risks.

Maurine Wanderi

Maurine is an intern within the Company Secretary department at Scribe Services. In addition to her technical expertise, Maurine has a strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science, equipping her with analytical thinking, and adept problem-solving skills, Maurine is well-prepared to excel in the demanding professional environment of the secretarial department.

Robinson Ochieng

Robinson Ochieng is an intern at Scribe Services and is a holder of a B.Sc. degree in Public Administration and Leadership, and complemented by Certified Secretaries Intermediate Level qualifications. His passion for the legal field is evident through his understanding of Kenya’s jurisprudence coupled with a commitment to fostering good corporate governance for value creation.  Robinson brings a valuable perspective to the firm.

Brenda is an Associate at Scribe Services, where she plays a pivotal role in the Company Secretarial Department. She has invaluable experience in Corporate Secretarial services, Corporate Governance and Statutory Advisory services.

She is a CS Finalist with a robust understanding of the intricacies and protocols associated with company secretarial services and corporate governance services. Complementing her technical expertise, she also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. 

Scolasticah Mbugua

Scolasticah Mbugua serves as an Associate at Scribe Services, specializing in aiding companies with their annual compliance requirements, overseeing the maintenance of statutory records, and demonstrating a profound understanding of company law. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Office Administration from the Technical University of Kenya (TUK) and has achieved the Intermediate Level certification in Certified Secretaries.
