Stephen Kihara

Stephen Kihara is the Manager in charge of overseeing Accountancy, Payroll, and Immigration support services, bringing over 6 years of experience to his role. He is well versed in tax law and accounting principles and has over the years gathered vast experience in finance and operational management with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, excel modelling and risk analysis. He has been pivotal in implementing internal controls to ensure adherence to compliance whilst minimising risks.

Wilson Nedi

Wilson Nedi is an Associate and Administrative Assistant at Scribe Services with over 15 years of experience in Office Administration, registry organization, Immigration and Support Services, stamp duty, trademark accusation, incorporation of entities and legalization and attestation of documents. He has and continues to provide administrative support to a wide array of clients.

He has expertise in immigration laws and regulations, application for all required immigration documentations, registry management and ensuring companies comply with companies act 2015.

Wilson is a holder of a Higher Diploma in Human Resource and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Maurine Wanderi

Maurine is an Associate within the Company Secretary department at Scribe Services. In addition to her technical expertise, Maurine has a strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science, equipping her with analytical thinking, and adept problem-solving skills, Maurine is well-prepared to excel in the demanding professional environment of the secretarial department.

Robinson Ochieng

Robinson Ochieng is an Associate at Scribe Services and is a holder of a B.Sc. degree in Public Administration and Leadership, and complemented by Certified Secretaries Intermediate Level qualifications. His passion for the legal field is evident through his understanding of Kenya’s jurisprudence coupled with a commitment to fostering good corporate governance for value creation.  Robinson brings a valuable perspective to the firm.

Brenda Kirimi

Brenda is an Associate at Scribe Services, where she plays a pivotal role in the Company Secretarial Department. She has invaluable experience in Corporate Secretarial services, Corporate Governance and Statutory Advisory services.

She is a CS Finalist with a robust understanding of the intricacies and protocols associated with company secretarial services and corporate governance services. Complementing her technical expertise, she also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. 

Rose Karenzi

Rose Karenzi is an Associate at Scribe Services Registrars Limited, where she supports both the accounting and immigration teams. She holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is currently advancing her professional qualifications by pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation at the intermediate level. With a strong analytical background and keen attention to detail, Rose contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of financial record processing and plays a valuable role in delivering client-focused solutions.

Shalon Amunga

Shalon is an associate in the ESG, Company Secretarial and Accounting departments at Scribe Services. She is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a multifaceted background in Accounting, Company Secretarial, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Business Development. 

With experience across multiple industries, she brings a holistic understanding of financial management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and sustainable business practices, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements, drive growth, and achieve long-term value.

She holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Investment & Financial Analyst (Finalist), Certified Secretaries (Advanced Level) and is currently pursuing her Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) professional certification.

Alice Ayuma

Alice Ayuma is an ESG Associate at Scribe Services Registrars Limited. She has experience in ESG advisory, training, integration of sustainability in business models, Gap analysis, Technical Assistance, environmental best practice advisory, resource efficiency and circular production. Alice is well conversant with the environmental and social policy landscapes in Kenya. 

Alice creates exceptional, relevant and relatable ESG and Sustainability training manuals, reports, surveys, gap analyses and implementation matrices. Her background is in Chemical Engineering, specialized in environmental management and sustainability. She is also a certified sustainability leader by United People Global.

James Kimemia

James Kimemia is a dedicated associate at Scribe Services Registrars Limited, bringing over a decade of progressive experience in business operations, particularly within the realms of accounting, finance, strategy, controls, and reporting. As a professional accountant, James is committed to upholding the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in his day-to-day duties.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a specialization in Finance from Kenyatta University. James’s dynamic and performance-driven approach enables him to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to the success of our organization

Moffat Kamau

Moffat Kamau is an Associate at Scribe Services Registrars where he contributed in the Secretarial Department. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce degree and had also completed his Certified Secretary (CS) studies. He is committed to improve his skills in provision of Company Secretary services in order to excel in the demanding professional career.

Maxwell Kahindi is a certified sustainability professional (GRI) and an experienced trainer with over seven years of expertise in corporate governance, sustainability, and ESG integration. He is known for simplifying complex concepts, enabling organizations to embed sustainability into their business strategies, and driving impactful change.

Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Corporate Governance and Sustainability at Scribe Services, Maxwell specializes in developing innovative governance frameworks, promoting sustainable practices, and supporting businesses in achieving long-term resilience. His expertise includes sustainability reporting, ESG integration, financial risk mapping, and scenario analysis.

Brenda Kariuki

Brenda Kariuki is an ESG Associate at Scribe Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computing with a specialization in Information Security. Brenda is passionate about helping companies adopt practical ESG and sustainability practices in their business strategies and operations. She supports work in creating ESG strategies for companies, sustainability reporting, and responsible business practices.

Joylinda Munyiri

Joylinda Munyiri is a Governance Associate at Scribe Registrars and a Certified Secretary with a strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, which underpins her understanding of institutional structures and public policy frameworks.
Joylinda brings extensive experience in corporate governance research, project management, compliance, and client relations. She excels in stakeholder management, ensuring effective engagement and communication across various organizational levels.
